Almost Ready for Opening Day!

6/18/2016

Hi there! Looking for something to do the 30th of June or the 1st & 2nd of July? Our dream of getting this little store opened is so close I can taste it. We will be having a big yard sale as well.
Thanks to all the love, help and support of my wife and friends, we are ready to open on 6-30-16. Come out for a game of checkers, or have a bottle of pop at our small bar. You could even share an icecream float with your sweetie. Thank you Aaron & Esther, Steve & Rachel, Jon & Kristin, & all the many other many volunteers who have helped us get here. Looking forward to seeing you then!

I can't hide my excitement whenever I see a beautiful tree. The tree is definitely older yet I am like the dirty old man whistling and screaming my heart out. "Oh my you're so beautiful!". Do you know anyone else like that? I think I know maybe a couple of friends who is like me. Most people just ignore trees nowadays. Some are very quick to make the decision to remove them and replace them with any modern design. It's a sad reality nowadays. I think people should respect those who have been here longer.

    About the Authors

    David Shell
David is a lover of old stuff. Ever since he was a small boy, he has enjoyed rooting through old barns, scrap piles and junk heaps looking for some forgotten treasure. He has a knack for seeing beauty in the unexpected. His heart for his Savior, his family and other people, far exceeds his love of antiques, though, and his No. 1 passion is to raise a strong godly family!

    Mary Shell
Wife, mommy, teacher, secretary and more. She enjoys being in the background making sure everything is running semi-smoothly. Life stays busy with our house full, but she wouldn't trade it for the world!

    Aaron Shell
Right hand man, friend and very talented brother to David. Aaron has put in so much time and talent helping us get to where we are today. He and his wife, Esther, have one son and live nearby.
